WATER/WASTE-WATER – JARED MCFARLAND: Absent
FIRE-CHIEF PARKS: We’ve had 10 calls since the last report. The school and preschools have
been inspected. Completed Yellow Butterfly inspection with Chief John Bourne of Delaware
Valley Fire.

EMERGENCY SERVICES:
TRI COUNTY- 42 runs in Newcomerstown
MAYOR: The testing results for the Simonds Factory came in. I spoke with the testing
company. I will have copies of the mapping sheets to go over on Monday. Vienna Beef was
very complimentary of the community during the River Poker Run last weekend. Their people
were a great help and loved their Poker Squad green t-shirts. The higher up staff in Chicago has
now requested t-shirts for them. The number of kayakers was down, but we had a beautiful
day. A rising river (2-3 feet) gave the boaters an extra push. September 5th at the Civic Center,
there will be a leadership speaker.
NEW BUSINESS:
Lot split in the Industrial Park-for access road into the park. Motion to accept lot split made by
David and seconded by Allen.
