Met with Pioneer to discuss PD’s need for a new server. Received reimbursement grant for OEPA for $9655. Received another $1000 grant from local resident for splash pad. WATER/WASTE-WATER – JARED MCFARLAND: Permit to install was filed with OEPA for N College St Project. North College project will go out for bid soon. FIRE-CHIEF PARKS: A total of 15 calls have been called out this month. Members attended water movement and drafting training. Sprinkler inspection was done last week at Vienna Beef- we will be doing a fire inspection this week for them. EMERGENCY SERVICES: TRI COUNTY- Nothing to report MAYOR: Attended the conference-it was a good learning experience. The Board of Zoning appeals will be meeting next week. Dave Archer, the new zoning officer is coming in and learn the ropes. He is stationed mainly at the police department, but will come into the administration offices to check his mailbox daily. NEW BUSINESS: Approve 2025 agreement for Indigent Defense Services for $12500.
