Board of Review

BOARD OF REVIEW April 27, 2022 The Board of Review was called to order by Trustee Brent Gerdts at 6:00 p.m. Present were Trustees Kathy Krull, Jerry Krull, and Tom Daniels, Clerk Linda Hoes, and Village Assessor Justin Schumacher. President Terry Scheller was absent. Clerk Linda Hoes has completed the required training and is certified. Notice of the April 27th Board of Review was posted at the Nichols Post Office, Community First Credit Union, and at the Nichols Community Center outdoor bulletin board. Notice was also given at www.villageofnichols.com. No one appeared before the board with any objections. No objection forms were filed with the Village Clerk. Motion by Kathy/Tom to adjourn the Board of Review at 8:00 p.m., carried. Dated this 28th day of April, 2022. Linda Hoes, Clerk NOTE: The Open Book was held on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Justin Schumacher present. No one appeared at the Open Book.
