VILLAGE OF NICHOLS Special Meeting August 23, 2022 Resolution: Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of $82,000General Obligation Refunding Bonds and, USDA Loan Resolution Call to Order: By President Terry Scheller at 6:30 p.m., with Trustees Jerry Krull, Kathy Krull, Raymond Daniels and Clerk/Treasurer Linda Hoes present. Trustee Brent Gerdts was absent. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Agenda: Motion was made by K.Krull and seconded by J.Krull to approve the agenda, carried. RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0823-01: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $82,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS, along with EXHIBIT A (Form of Bond), and Registration Provisions were read by Clerk Hoes. A copy of the resolution will be a permanent attachment to the August 23, 2022 Special Meeting minutes and posted with the minutes. A motion to adopt Resolution No. 2022-0823-01 was made by K.Krull and seconded by Daniels with a roll call vote taken and recorded: President Scheller-Yea, Trustee J.Krull-Yea, Trustee K.Krull-Yea, Trustee Daniels-Yea. Trustee Gerdts was absent. The vote was: Yeas - 4, Nays - 0, Absent – 1 USDA Form RD 1942-47 LOAN RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0823-02: USDA Form RD 1942-47 LOAN RESOLUTION was read by Clerk Hoes. A copy of the resolution will be a permanent attachment to the August 23, 2023 Special Meeting minutes and posted with the minutes. A motion to adopt Resolution No. 2022-0823-02 was made by Daniels and seconded by J.Krull with a roll call vote taken and recorded: President Scheller-Yea, Trustee J.Krull-Yea, Trustee K.Krull-Yea, Trustee Daniels-Yea. Trustee Gerdts was absent.
