ACTION NEEDED: Approve or reject the Special Exception as requested. ACTION TAKEN: 5. BOA-2021-28 – JOHN GREGA REQUESTS A VARIANCE TO 22:429.6(9)(a)(2) AND (b)(1)(a)(i) TO ALLOW A 7’ LANDSCAPE STRIP INSTEAD OF THE 10’ REQUIRED, AND TO ALLOW THE USE OF A COMPOSITE FENCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE PORTER CORRIDOR ZONING OVERLAY DISTRICT AT 705 N.
