BOA-2122-1 – CHRISTIAN CENTER CHURCH REQUESTS A VARIANCE TO 18:506(A)(2) TO ALLOW A GROUND SIGN LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 20’ FROM THE PROPERTY’S SOUTHEAST BOUNDARY, WHICH FRONTS LOIS STREET (5’ VARIANCE), AND APPROXIMATELY 5’ FROM THE PROPERTY’S SOUTHWEST BOUNDARY, WHICH FRONTS CLASSEN BOULEVARD (20’ VARIANCE), FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2249 CLASSEN BOULEVARD.
