This is a virtual meeting – Committee members - Councilmembers Hall, Holman, Petrone and Chairman Bierman are appearing via video conference. Should remaining Councilmembers Carter, Foreman, Nash, Peacock and Mayor Clark choose to attend, they will appear via video conference as well. 1.
