General Discussion Pertaining to the Needs of Low Income Households in Norman Affordable Housing was the main topic of general discussion. A current affordable housing project, Crimson Flats, will be a 75 unit located at Imhoff and Oakhurst. This tax credit project will maintain affordability for 40 years. There was a request for a tenant’s rights education class for navigating issues. There was also a suggestion for a roommate matching service. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 7:23pm.
