Review of Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) Housing rehabilitation  Completion of 33 projects Housing Start up assistance  Nine households received assistance Non-Profit Acquisition $140,000  2 awards – both completed Strong Neighborhoods Initiative  Area expanded to include original Townsite, first courthouse, and Old Silk Stocking Neighborhoods  Began initial set of meetings to establish neighborhood priorities HOME  Purchase of four units completed  HOME ARP Allocation Plan submitted and approved by hud ($1,560,908) 3. Discussion of identified unmet needs There was a general discussion about the need for a 24 hour permanent shelter and associated resources. Affordable housing, an outreach team, and an emergency plan for winter events were also discussed. 5. Discussion of consultation process for development of Annual Action Plan. Consultations with the Continuum of Care, Disability Coalition, neighborhoods, Social & Voluntary Services Commission, and other city departments will be undertaken as part of the citizen participation process for the development of the annual action plan.
