CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL, ACCEPTANCE, REJECTION, AMENDMENT, AND/OR POSTPONEMENT OF THE MINUTES FROM MARCH 18, 2026. Motion by Kendel Posey to approve the minutes as submitted; Second by Lee Hall. All approve. REPORTS 2. PRESENTATION OF SECOND YEAR ACTION PLAN FOR CDBG & HOME PROGRAMS FOR FYE2027. Motion by Heidi Smith to approve the Action Plan as submitted; Second by Jorie Welch. All approve. MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTS It was suggested to publicize the Housing Rehabilitation program by sending out a flyer in the monthly City water bill. Due to current staffing constraints it is not feasible at this time. ADJOURNMENT This meeting was adjourned at 6:27pm.
