CITY OF NORMAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM The CDBG Neighborhood Meeting of the City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, met for the Neighborhood Meeting on March 4, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. Notice and Agenda of the meeting were posted at the Norman Municipal Building and at www.Normanok.gov twenty-four hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. Heidi Smith, Co-Chair called the meeting to order at 6:03pm. Item No. 1, being: Introductions. Members: Kyle Lankford Jayne Crumply David John Kendel Posey Karen Canavan Andrea Marler Michelle Statham Steven Cavallo Kamala Jolly Stewart Linn Blohm City Staff: Lisa Krieg Tara Reynolds Michelle Evans Item No. 2 being: Approval of the minutes from the February 19, 2020 meeting Motion by Jayne Crumply to approve; Second by Kendel Posey. All approve. Item No. 3 being: Presentation by the Homeless Programs Coordinator and discussion of efforts to address homelessness in Cleveland County The presentation slides are attached. Item No. 4 being: Announcements The April 1 meeting was moved to March 25. We received the bids back for the tree planting project. We received one proposal back for the analysis of impediment to fair housing. We received 85 responses to the survey sent out to 3,500 households. Item No. 7 being: Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 7:20p.m.
