CITY OF NORMAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM Public Hearing The CDBG Policy Committee of the City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, met for a virtual meeting on January 6, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. Notice and Agenda of the meeting were posted at the Norman Municipal Building and at www.Normanok.gov twenty-four hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. Lisa Krieg called the meeting to order at 6:04pm. Item No. 1, being: Introductions. Members: Michelle Jackson David John Kendel Posey Karen Canavan Linn Blohm Heidi Smith Kyle Lankford Cindy Gordon Kamala Jolly Stewart City Staff: Lisa Krieg Tara Reynolds Lisa Lewis Item No. 2 being: Funding Update Please see page 3 of attached presentation. In addition, there was a groundbreaking on 3 properties where houses are being built to be affordable housing. Item No. 3 being: CDBG Meeting Timeline Meetings will be held on the following dates at 6pm in Building A at 201 W Gray Street unless otherwise noted. 1/6/21 2/3/21 3/3/21 3/17/21 4/07/21 Item No. 4 being: Election of Policy Committee Co-Chairs Motion by Karen Canavan to elect Kyle Lankford and Heidi Smith as co-chairs; second by Linn Blohm. All approve. Item No. 5 being: Consideration of Substantial Amendment #3 to the B19 Action Plan (CARES Funding) Please see page 4 & 5 of attached presentation. Motion for approval by Kyle Lankford; second by Linn Blohm. All approve. Item No. 6 being: Consideration of Substantial Amendment #1 to the B17 Action Plan Please see page 6 of attached presentation. Motion for approval by Cindy Gordon; second by Linn Blohm. All approve. Item No. 7 being: Adjournment. This meeting was adjourned at 6:44pm.
