Public Hearing
The CDBG Policy Committee of the City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, met
for a virtual meeting on January 6, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. Notice and Agenda of the meeting were
posted at the Norman Municipal Building and at www.Normanok.gov twenty-four hours prior to
the beginning of the meeting.
Lisa Krieg called the meeting to order at 6:04pm.

where houses are being built to be affordable housing.

otherwise noted.

Motion by Karen Canavan to elect Kyle Lankford and Heidi Smith as co-chairs; second by Linn
Blohm. All approve.
Item No. 5 being: Consideration of Substantial Amendment #3 to the B19 Action Plan
(CARES Funding)
Please see page 4 & 5 of attached presentation.
Motion for approval by Kyle Lankford; second by Linn Blohm. All approve.
Item No. 6 being: Consideration of Substantial Amendment #1 to the B17 Action Plan
Please see page 6 of attached presentation.
Motion for approval by Cindy Gordon; second by Linn Blohm. All approve.
