NORMAN REGIONAL HOSPITAL AUTHORITY Special Business Meeting March 11, 2025 MINUTES The Norman Regional Hospital Authority met in a Special Business Meeting, Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 5:30pm in the 1st Floor Board Room at Norman Regional Hospital. The meeting agenda was posted on the NRHS and Norman/City Websites and at the entrance of Norman Regional Hospital on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Call to Order Mr. Cubberley called to order the March 11, 2025 Special Business Meeting at 5:56pm. II. Discussion of the Current Operation and Financial Condition of Norman Regional Health System A. Mr. Wagner Presented information on his history of working with hospital systems across the country. Mr. Wagner presented performance data from 2018-2024 for Norman Regional. Board members discussed the operational data presented and asked questions pertaining to the financial data presented. ACTION TAKEN: None, Information Only B. Motion to Adjourn Meeting ACTION TAKEN: Dr. Weber made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:15pm. Mr. Chappel seconded and the motion was not approved with No votes from Dr. Anwar, Dr. Lobb, Ms. Womack, Mr. Cubberley and Ms. Roberts. Aye votes from Mr. Chappel, Ms. Greenleaf, Mr. Piper and Dr. Weber C. Continued Discussion of the Current Operational and Financial Condition of Norman Regional Health System Board members expressed their desire to continue researching viable options for Norman Regional Hospital. ACTION TAKEN: None, Information Only III. Adjournment ACTION TAKEN: Dr. Weber made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:47pm. Mr. Chappel seconded and the motion was approved with aye votes from Mr. Cubberley, Mr. Chappel, Dr. Weber, Dr. Lobb, Mr. Pipes, Dr. Anwar, Ms. Roberts, Ms. Greenleaf and Ms. Womack.
