CITIZENS PUBLIC SAFETY OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE MINUTES November 8, 2018 The Citizens Public Safety Oversight Committee of the City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, met at 4 p.m. at 201 West Gray Street, Executive Conference Room on the 8th day of November, 2018, and notice and agenda of the meeting were posted at City Hall located at 201 W. Gray Street 24 hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. PRESENT: Members Jim Costello, Linda Price, and Bill Scanlon ABSENT: Members Matthew Leal, Melanie Hayes, Chair Eddie Sims, David Wilson, Lea Greenleaf, and Joan Goth COMMITTEE LIAISONS: Robert Wasoski, FOP absent OU (position vacant) IAFF (position vacant) STAFF PRESENT: Kim Coffman, Budget Manager Travis King, Fire Chief Captain Hawkins, NPD Major Ricky Jackson, NPD Major Teuscher, NPD There was not a quorum present, so the meeting was called and nothing was discussed.
