SOCIAL AND VOLUNTARY SERVICES COMMISSION Minutes of April 24, 2017 The Social and Voluntary Services Commission of the City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, met for the Regular Meeting on this date at 5:30 p.m. Notice and Agenda of the meeting were posted at 201 W Gray Building A, the Norman Municipal Building, and at www.Normanok.gov twenty-four hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. Chair Pam Normile called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. ITEM NO. 1 BEING: Roll Call MEMBERS PRESENT: Kay Antinoro Teresa Capps Kristal Hamm Pam Normile Angela Steinle Ann Way MEMBERS ABSENT: Aisha Ali Angela Barbour Denise Millar STAFF PRESENT: Lisa Krieg, CDBG/Grants Manager ITEM NO. 2, BEING: Approval of the minutes from the February 20, 2017 meeting. Motion by K Antinoro for approval of the minutes; Second by A Way. All approve, with T Capps abstaining due to not attending the February meeting. ITEM NO. 3, BEING: Presentation of request for proposals format and proposed timeline. Some minor typo changes to the RFP were pointed out. The RFP will be released on May 8th, with a return deadline of June 2nd. ITEM NO. 4, BEING: Miscellaneous announcements. Staff announced that the City had received the resignations of Denise Millar and Angela Barbour. Teresa Capps announced that she would be resigning in July after the application cycle has been completed.
