SOCIAL AND VOLUNTARY SERVICES COMMISSION Minutes of August 17, 2020 The Social and Voluntary Services Commission of the City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, met for the Regular Meeting on this date at 5:30 p.m. Notice and Agenda of the meeting were posted at 201 W Gray Building A, the Norman Municipal Building, and at www.Normanok.gov twenty-four hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. Due to technical difficulties, Lisa Krieg called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. ITEM NO. 1 BEING: Roll Call MEMBERS PRESENT: Victoria Harrison Kurt Lee Nancee Morris Loida Salmond Heidi Smith Angela Steinle Ann Way Kristal Hamm Joshua Hinkle MEMBERS ABSENT: STAFF PRESENT: Lisa Krieg, CDBG/Grants Manager ITEM NO. 2, BEING: Approval of the minutes from the August, 2020 meeting. Motion by Heidi Smith for approval of the minutes as submitted; Second by Kristal Hamm. All approve. ITEM NO. 3, BEING: Election of Chair & Co-Chair.  Heidi Smith and Kristal Hamm were elected as Co-Chairs.
