GREENBELT COMMISSION MINUTES OF August 17, 2020 The Greenbelt Commission of the City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, met for the Regular Meeting on August 17, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. Notice and Agenda of the meeting were posted at 201 W Gray Building A, the Norman Municipal Complex and at www.normanok.gov twenty-four hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. The meeting was held by Zoom virtual meeting. ITEM NO. 1 BEING: CALL TO ORDER. Chair George Dotson called the meeting to order. ~~~~~ ITEM NO. 2 BEING: ROLL CALL. Motion by Robert Huskey for approval; Second by Mark Nanny. All approve. Norman Greenbelt Commission August 17, 2020 Page 2 ITEM NO. 4 BEING: Review of the Greenbelt Enhancement Statements: CONSENT DOCKET GBC 20-13 Applicant: Harry and Beverly Fritzler Project: Prairie Creek Ranch Location: 14915 E. Imhoff Rd. Request: COS, Rural Certificate of Survey Zoning: A-2, Rural Agricultural District NORMAN 2025 Land Use: Country Residential and Flood Plain GBC 20-14 Applicant: Landmark Land Company, Kent Connally Project: Flint Hills, Mixed Use Development Location: The NW corner W. Tecumseh Rd. and 12th Ave. NW intersection Request: Preliminary Plat Zoning: PUD, Planned Unit Development NORMAN 2025 Land Use: Low Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, Commercial, Office, Industrial and Open Space Designation Motion by Robert Huskey to approve Items 20-13 and 20-14; Second by Marguerite Larson. All approve. Greenbelt Commission comments on any items moving forward are put in the GB comment folder and move forward with the item to Planning Commission and City Council for approval. ITEM NO. 5 BEING: Miscellaneous. Greenbelt Commissioners asked when Article 21 will move forward to City Council for approval. Staff stated they would ask the Planning Director the timeline and report back next month. ITEM NO. 6 BEING: Adjournment.
