In addition to the topics shared through the Norman Community Action Lab, the Strong Towns team will discuss transportation focused issues such as the design process used for transportation planning, how engineers and citizens differ when prioritizing various transportation values, and bottom-up techniques for spending less while getting higher returns in transportation investments. This is the third of three public workshop presentations with the Community Action Lab program. This event is an opportunity to discuss issues that are important to the Norman Community with neighbors. Norman City Council has been invited to attend this meeting. It is not a regular meeting of the City Council; however, this notice is being posted in compliance with the Oklahoma Open Meetings Act in the event a quorum of Council is present.
