ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS Streetar called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Duffy, Hornung, Streetar, Price and Will present. B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION D. ANNOUNCEMENTS 1. President Streetar thanked everyone that helped out with North Fondy Fest and thought it went very well. Trustee Will thanked the Village departments that also helped out with the preparation of the event. E. PUBLIC HEARING 1. The Board adjourned to a public hearing @ 6:04 pm for proposed Ordinance-2024-05, an ordinance revising Village Ordinance 21.12(1)(h) accessory uses and structures relating to gazebos and pergolas. President Streetar called for public comment 3 times, hearing none, the Board adjourned from the public hearing @ 6:04 pm F. PRESIDENTS BUSINESS AND STAFF REPORTS 1. Administrator Leonard and present Department Heads gave a summary of the weekly report along with some updates from County Board members. G. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Motion carries. H. ADMINISTRATIVE 1. Fond du Lac County Emergency Management Director, John Ross and Fond du Lac Area United Way Executive Director, Amber Kilawee introduced themselves and discussed some programs they are working on. The Board thanked them for their presentation and looks forward to continued partnerships. 2. The Board discussed the use of State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF). Trustee Price asked about the Prospect Ave. Traffic Study. Leonard gave a brief update and explained the Village had just received the final report and would be bringing to the Board soon. 3. Roll call: Duffy- yes, Hornung- yes, Streetar- yes, Price- yes, Will- yes. The Board convened in executive session pursuant to Wis. Stats, Section 19.85 (e), deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: 1. Consideration of real estate purchase. After deliberating in closed session, the Board may move to reconvene in open session to take formal action on the preceding subject of closed session, if appropriate; or to conduct discussion or give consideration where the subject is not appropriate for closed session consideration. The Board may adjourn in closed session. L. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Will with a second by Duffy to adjourn at 7:10 P.M.- 5 ayes.
