ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS Streetar called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Duffy, Hornung, and Streetar present. B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION D. ANNOUNCEMENTS E. PRESIDENT’S BUSINESS AND STAFF REPORTS 1. Administrator Leonard and present Department Heads gave a summary of the weekly report along with representatives from the FDL County Board F. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approve the minutes of the following Village Board Meeting: 05/20/2024. 2. Approve invoices and authorize checks to be drawn on the respective funds as indicated. 3. Approve the following operator licenses: David Edwardson- Dollar General- Renewal Maureen Sikora- RStore- Renewal 44 Robin Drive N7361 Spring Street North Fond du Lac Fond du Lac Lori Van Kooy- Charlie’s- Renewal Maria Van Loo- Dollar General- Renewal 320 Doty Street 819 Prospect Ave Fond du Lac North Fond du Lac Motion to approve by Hornung, second by Duffy. 3 ayes. Motion carries. G. ADMINISTRATIVE 1. Director of Public Works Mitch Vis presented the final Village Park Master Plan to the Board. Vis explained the plan and mentioned that the estimates for the various projects is being worked on. At this point the Board is just approving the concept of the plan and any future projects and potential expenses would be brought back to the Board for approval. Hornung asked what involvement the Village staff would have in projects sponsored by other organizations. Vis said that the Village would still be involved with approval and help with engineering and inspection as time permits. Motion by Duffy to approve the plan as presented, second by Hornung. 3 ayes. Motion carries. 2. The Board discussed the use of State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) in the Village of North Fond du Lac. Administrator Leonard updated the Board on the current projects and potential future projects. Leonard explained the proposed IT upgrade projects would require an additional $60,000 to replace the server, racking, Wi-Fi, and switches and would also include Microsoft 365 and RDS rebuild. Motion to approve up to an additional $60k for IT upgrades using SLFRF by Hornung, second by Duffy. 3 ayes. Motion carries. H. UNFINISHED BUSINESS I. NEW BUSINESS . A motion to adjourn was made by Hornung with a second by Duffy at 6:43 PM. 3 ayes.
