Village of North Fond du Lac – BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Mike Streetar – President Nick Leonard- Administrator

Chuck Hornung- Trustee Mitch Vis- Director of Public Works

A. ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS
Streetar called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Duffy, Hornung, Streetar, and Will present.

E. PRESIDENT’S BUSINESS AND STAFF REPORTS
1. Administrator Leonard and present Department Heads gave a summary of the weekly reports.
F. CONSENT AGENDA
1. Approve the minutes of the following Village Board Meeting: 01/06/2025.
2. Approve invoices and authorize checks to be drawn on the respective funds as indicated.
Motion to approve by Will, second by Duffy. 4 ayes. Motion carries.
G. ADMINISTRATIVE
1. The Board discussed selling the property at 601 Michigan Avenue. Leonard explained that the
Village received an offer to purchase the property for $8,500 from Cutler Renovations LLC. They
intend to build a house on the property this spring and have submitted plans.
Motion to approve the sale by Hornung, second by Duffy. 4 ayes. Motion
carries.
H. ORDINANCES
1. The Board discussed Ordinance 2025-01, an ordinance amending 21.12(1)(d), accessory uses and
structures as it pertains to steel shipping containers. First Reading.
I. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Hornung, second by Will to adjourn at 6:25 P.M.- 4 ayes.
