OFFICIAL MINUTES – MEETING OF February 3, 2025 Village of North Fond du Lac – BOARD OF TRUSTEES Board Present Staff Present Mike Streetar – President Nick Leonard- Administrator John Duffy- Trustee Jake Flaherty-EMS/Fire Chief Chuck Hornung- Trustee Mitch Vis- Director of Public Works Mike Will-Trustee Pete Vergos- Police Chief Heather Wegner-Library Director Others present: Brian Johnson, BCI Burke A. ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS Streetar called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Duffy, Hornung, Streetar, and Will present. B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION D. ANNOUNCEMENTS 1. BCI Burke representative, Brian Johnson was presented with a First Dollar Award and welcomed to the Village. Brian thanked the Village for a great partnership and support. E. PRESIDENT’S BUSINESS AND STAFF REPORTS 1. Administrator Leonard and present Department Heads gave a summary of the weekly reports. F. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approve the minutes of the following Village Board Meeting: 01/20/2025. 2. Approve invoices and authorize checks to be drawn on the respective funds as indicated. Will asked what the FDL City ortho photo invoice was for. Vis explained that we have the City of FDL add the Village to their contract for aerial and LiDar data. Will also asked if insurance will cover the damage to the squad car. Leonard stated it was submitted. 3. Approve the following operator license: Tamara Mayer-Permanent-RStore N7603 Eagle Lane Fond du Lac, WI 54937 Motion to approve by Will, second by Duffy. 4 Ayes. Motion carries. G. RESOLUTIONS 1. The Board discussed Resolution-01-2025, a resolution declaring official intent to reimburse expenditures from proceeds of borrowing. Motion to approve by Hornung, second by Will. 4 ayes. Motion carries. H. ORDINANCES 1. The Board discussed Ordinance 2025-01, an ordinance amending 21.12(1)(d), accessory uses and structures as it pertains to steel shipping containers. Second reading. Motion to approve by Streetar, second by Hornung. Roll Call: Duffy-yes, Hornung-yes, Streetar-yes, Will-yes I. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Hornung, second by Duffy to adjourn at 6:22 P.M.- 4 ayes.
