A. ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS
Streetar called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Duffy, Hornung, Streetar, Schaub, and Will present.

1. Administrator Leonard and present Department Heads gave a summary of the weekly report along
with some updates from County Board members.
F. CONSENT AGENDA
1. Approve the minutes of the following Village Board Meetings: 04/06/2026
2. Approve invoices and authorize checks to be drawn on the respective funds as indicated.
3. Approve the following operator licenses:
Maureen Sikora-Renewal-RStore

Fond du Lac, WI
Motion to approve by Will, second by Schaub. 5 ayes. Motion carried.
G. ADMINISTRATIVE
1. The Board and staff discussed awarding the bid for 2026 Crack Sealing Project. Vis presented the
bid tabulation and recommending awarding the low bid.
Motion by Hornung to approve awarding the Bid to Fahrner Asphalt Sealers in the
amount of $44,811.00. Second by Duffy. 5 ayes. Motion carried.
2. The Board discussed the following license applications for the 2026 license period:
CLASS “B” FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE AND INTOXICATING LIQUOR
6 MONTH LICENSE FOR THE 2026 LICENSE PERIOD (April 20, 2026-October
20, 2026):

1. The Board discussed Ordinance-2026-3, an ordinance amending 5.05(4)(b), pet license exceptions.

1. Motion to go into closed session at 6:39 pm by Hornung, second by Will. Roll call: Duffy- yes,
Hornung-yes, Streetar- yes, Schaub-yes, Will- yes. The Village Board may convene in executive
session pursuant to Wis. Stats, Section 19.85 (c), considering employment, promotion, compensation
or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has
jurisdiction or exercises responsibility:
a. Administrator Review
Motion to return to open session by Duffy, seconded by Will at 8:04pm. Roll call: Duffy- yes,
Hornung-yes, Streetar- yes, Schaub-yes, Will- yes
L. ADMINISTRATIVE
3. The Board discussed amending the Village Administrator/Clerk Employment Agreement.
Motion by Hornung, seconded by Duffy to approve proposed amendment as discussed in closed
session. 5 ayes. Motion carried.
M. ADJOURNMENT
1. Motion by Hornung, seconded by Schaub to adjourn at 8:06 pm. 5 ayes. Motion carried.
