North Kansas City Public Library Board of Trustees Board Meeting Minutes: February 23, 2026 The North Kansas City Library Board of Trustees met on February 23, 2026 at 6 p.m. in the North Kansas City Public Library Meeting Room and via Zoom. Nick Dean, Jane Quick, Bart German, Alicia Stewart, Reilly Atkins, Kaleigh Rangel, Christina Golding, Courtney Hardesty, Amanda Woolridge and Lori Mangan, Director. Jennifer Shea attended as staff. Lyndsey Magrone attended as City Council Representative. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm. A motion was made to approve the Consent Agenda and passed unanimously. (Atkins/Stewart) Lori Mangan gave the following updates on old/new business: Staff Training Day A motion was made to approve closing the library on May 8th for a staff training day (Quick/German), and passed unanimously. Ban Patron Request A motion was made to permanently ban Mr. Aaron Erincourt from library property (Quick/Adkins), and passed unanimously. Building Project Updates Winter Reading Program Update North Kansas City High School Yearbook General Updates A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.
