North Kansas City Public Library Board of Trustees Board Meeting Minutes: March 16, 2026 The North Kansas City Library Board of Trustees met on March 16, 2026 at 6 p.m. in the North Kansas City Public Library Meeting Room and via Zoom. Nick Dean, Jane Quick, Bart German, Alicia Stewart, Reilly Atkins, Courtney Hardesty, Amanda Woolridge and Lori Mangan, Director. Jennifer Shea attended as staff. The meeting was called to order at 6:02 pm. A motion was made to approve the Consent Agenda and passed unanimously. (Atkins/Stewart) Lori Mangan gave the following updates on old/new business: Photography and Recording Policy Building Project Update Courier Tracking Project Update General updates A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.
