North Kansas City Public Library Board of Trustees Board Meeting Minutes: April 20, 2026 The North Kansas City Library Board of Trustees met on April 20, 2026 at 6 p.m. in the North Kansas City Public Library Meeting Room and via Zoom. Nick Dean, Bart German, Alicia Stewart, Reilly Atkins, Christina Golding, Amanda Woolridge and Lori Mangan, Director. Jennifer Shea attended as staff. The meeting was called to order at 6:02 pm. A motion was made to amend the agenda to add discussion of the May 2026 Library Board meeting date was made and passed unanimously. (Atkins/Stewart) A motion was made to approve the amended Consent Agenda and passed unanimously (Atkins/German) Lori Mangan gave the following updates on old/new business: Annual Report Photography and Recording Policy Sewing Studio Policy Bookwalk Missouri Evergreen Conference Summer Reading Program May Library Board meeting General updates A motion was made to approve the Photography and Recording Policy (Dean/Golding) and passed unanimously. A motion was made to cancel the May 2026 Library Board meeting was made and passed unanimously. (German/Atkins) A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.
