Call to Order and Approval of Agenda Chair Gasior opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. A motion was made by Vice Chair Schroeer, seconded by Heisler, to approve the agenda. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- Chair Gasior, Vice Chair Schroeer, Heisler, Stuart, Buckheit and Swoboda II. New Business Items 1. ZBA Res. Resolution - Variance 1700 Dundas Boulevard 2018-004 Attachments: 1 - Resolution 2 - Proposed Location 1700 Dundas 3 - Flood Map 4 - Home South Elev. Chair Gasior read the public hearing statement and opened the hearing. A motion was made by Heisler, seconded by Stuart, to close the public hearing. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- Chair Gasior, Vice Chair Schroeer, Heisler, Stuart, Buckheit and Swoboda A motion was made by Vice Chair Schroeer, seconded by Buckheit, to approve ZBA Resolution 2018-004 approving the variance to change the front setback 1700 Dundas Boulevard from 70 feet to 20 feet.
