60 6th Street Committee Special Meeting Minutes Wednesday, April 26, 2017 5:00 PM Members Present: Alderwoman Stacy Gould, James Heist, Sofee Noblick, and Gary Schnip Members Absent: Alderman H. Tucker Braddock Jr. and James M. Quarto Others present: Building Official James Troeger 1. Call to Order: Committee Chair Sofee Noblick called the meeting to order at 6:20 PM. 2. Determination of a Quorum: It was determined a quorum was present. 3. Acceptance of Minutes: On a motion by Gary Schnip, seconded by Jim Heist, the committee unanimously accepted the minutes of March 22, 2017 as presented. 3. Public Comments: None 4. Communications: None 5. Discussion: Sofee Noblick reported that Respondent #1 did not provide sufficient documentation. JPW Building LLC will be awarded the contract. She has spoken to the contractor. Alderwoman Gould will follow up with Attorney Driscoll’s office regarding the Development Agreement. 6. Next Meeting: The next regular meeting will be Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at 5 PM. 7.
