60 6th Street Committee of Sale Meeting Minutes Wednesday, July 26, 2017 5:00 PM Members Present: Alderman H. Tucker Braddock Jr. Alderwoman Stacy Gould, James Heist, Sofee Noblick, Jim Quarto and Gary Schnip Members Absent: None Others present: Building Official James Troeger 1. Call to Order: Sofee called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM. 2. Determination of a Quorum: It was determined a quorum was present. 3. Acceptance of Minutes: On a motion by Gary Schnip, seconded by Alderman Braddock, the committee unanimously accepted the minutes of May 24, 2017 as presented. 3. Public Comments: None 4. Communications: None 5. Discussion: Sofee reported a contract has not been signed. Attorney Driscoll’s office had a question about the developer’s insurance policy. A meeting will be called for the developer and Attorney Driscoll’s office to clarify the insurance issue. Sofee offered to attend. The committee decided to cancel the regularly scheduled August meeting. 6. Next Meeting: The next regular meeting will be Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at 5 PM. 7.
