60 6th Street Committee of Sale Meeting Minutes Wednesday, September 27, 2017 5:00 PM Members Present: Alderman H. Tucker Braddock Jr., Alderwoman Stacy Gould, James Heist, Sofee Noblick, Jim Quarto and Gary Schnip Members Absent: Building Official James Troeger Others present: Blight Officer Dan Coley 1. Call to Order: Sofee called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM. 2. Determination of a Quorum: It was determined a quorum was present. 3. Acceptance of Minutes: On a motion by Jim Heist, seconded by Gary Schnip, the committee unanimously accepted the minutes of July 26, 2017 as presented. 3. Public Comments: None 4. Communications: None 5. Discussion: Sofee reported a contract has been signed. Attorney Driscoll’s office said everything is all set. A copy is in the Committee’s binder. It was decided to have the developer report to the committee during the regular November 29, 2017. On a motion by Jim Heist, seconded by Gary Schnip, the committee unanimously approved the 2018 meeting minutes dates to correspond with the Board of Review on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 5 PM, with the exceptions of the last Wednesday in November and no meeting in December. 6. Next Meeting: The next regular meeting will be Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at 5 PM. 7.
