60 6th Street Committee of Sale Meeting Minutes Wednesday, January 24, 2018 5:00 PM Members Present: Tucker Braddock Jr., Alderwoman Stacy Gould, James Heist, Sofee Noblick, Jim Quarto, and Gary Schnip Members Absent: None Others present: Building Official James Troeger, Alderman Sam Browning 1. Call to Order: Sofee called the meeting to order at 5:08 PM. 2. Determination of a Quorum: It was determined a quorum was present. 3. Acceptance of Minutes: On a motion by Jim Quarto, seconded by Gary Schnip, the committee unanimously accepted the minutes of November 29, 2017 as presented. 3. Public Comments: None 4. Communications: None 5. Discussion: Project Update: Sofee reported on the status of the development project. She has observed workers taking the chimneys down. The work is progressing. The committee decided to have Sofee invite the developer to attend the regularly scheduled March committee meeting to give an update. 6. Next Meeting: The next regular meeting will be Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at 5 PM. 7.
