CITY OF NORWICH Boards, Commissions, Committees and Authorities Appointment & Re-Appointment Committee DATE: June 29, 2022 SUBJECT: Meeting Minutes Meeting of the committee was held Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 5:45 PM, in room 319. 1. Chairman Alderman Wilson called the meeting to order at 5:45 P.M. 2. Interview, review, consider and possible action on identifying candidates for Boards, Commissions, Committees and Agencies Interviews were conducted for: A: Board of Assessment Appeals 5:45 P.M. Democles Angelopoulos D B: Historic District Commission 6:00 P.M. Nancy O’Neil D A motion was made by Alderwoman Tracy Burto, Seconded by Alderwoman Stacy Gould to reappoint Democles Angelopoulos as a regular member to the Board of Assessment Appeals. Unanimous Decision A motion was made by Alderwoman Stacy Gould, Seconded by Alderwoman Tracey Burto to appoint Nancy O’Neil as a regular member to the Historic District Commission. Unanimous Decision 3. Discussion on procedures to be used by the committee Committee discussed the council referred resolution and agreed on an amended procedure resolution to be forwarded to the council. 4. Adjournment A motion was made by Alderwoman Stacy Gould, Seconded by Alderwoman Tracey Burto to adjourn. Unanimous Decision. Meeting adjourned 7:06 P.M.
