Received: HJ received correspondence from City Comptroller Joseph Ruffo regarding a clarification of the early termination clause in the stadium lease agreement between the City of Norwich and Navigators baseball, L.P.(see attached) B. Operations Committee (GSlDefenders' Representative) 1. Stadium Update (GS): None 2. Organization's Monthly report: Mr. Weber discussed stadium operations and the organization is up 20% in revenue and attendance is up dramatically from this date last year. C. Budget Committee PM gave a report regarding the NBSA balance sheet (see attached). A motion was made by TO to accept the report seconded by HJ, passed (5-0). 5. Old Business: Wireless Solutions. MJ has been attempting to contact Attorney Sternlof to discuss the Wireless Solution proposal. 6. New Business: 7.
