Board of Assessment Appeals

CITY OF NORWICH – CONNECTICUT ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS April 2, 2019 The Organizational meeting of the 2019 Board of Assessment Appeals was called to order at 1:03 pm in the Assessors’ office at 100 Broadway Room 132. Members Present: Les King, Dennis Riley & Jean Becker. Members Absent: Lawrence Rice New member, Jean Becker was welcomed by veteran members King and Riley. The Assessor, Donna Ralston distributed a Board of Assessment Appeals Handbook to all members. She also explained the revaluation process to all. A question and answer period followed. Motion by Dennis Riley and seconded by Jean Becker to nominate Les King as Chairman of the Board of Appeals It was unanimously voted.
