City Council Informational of the Norwich City Council will be held on Tuesday,
January 21, 2020, at 6:30 P.M. in Council Chambers Has Been Canceled of the
Norwich City Hall for the following:
1. A report will be given by Senator Osten, Representative Ryan,
Representative Dubitsky and Representative Riley.
