that an Informational Meeting/Workshop of the Norwich City Council will be
held on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 6:30 P.M. in Council Chambers of the
Norwich City Hall for the following:
1. Presentation by Jason Vincent of NCDC on the Downtown Business Bond
