Michael Lahan, John Mathieu, and Jacquie Barbarossa, Recording Secretary A quorum was present. D. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES: Upon motion by Les King seconded by Deb Hinchey the members voted unanimously to APPROVE the minutes of the October 18th special meeting. E. COMMUNICATIONS: None F. OLD BUSINESS: None G. NEW BUSINESS: 1. POCD Update – Conditions & Trends Report: Presentation by Planimetrics Jason Vincent from Planimetrics gave a PowerPoint presentation showing an interactive spreadsheet with data that had been collected. The 5 main components were Demographics, Housing, Economics, Fiscal and Zoning. He showed graphs with historic and future projections. The data will be available in PDF format on Slide Rocket and Facebook. H.
