Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm.
Motion made by Mr. Strouse, seconded by Mr. DiBattista to approve minutes from June 2009
meeting as presented. This motion passed unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report
Revenue for June 2009 $122,858.03
Revenues YTD $634,169.06
Total Expenses YTD $629,187.33
Motion by Mr. DiBattista, seconded by Mr. Driscoll to approve Treasurer’s report as presented,
this motion passed unanimously.
Discussion of proposed bond issue to be presented to council on August 3, 2009, prospective
rates of interest presented by Josh Pothier.
Chairman’s Report / Correspondence
Commission on the City Plan approved (recommended) our proposed bond ordinance.
Letter from Ben Lathrop thanking Authority for participating in 350th tournament. Letter praises
both maintenance and golf professional staffs.

Budget Committee
- Further discussion of bond issue.
- Need to get started on next year’s budget.
Superintendent’s Report
- No report presented.
Professional’s Report
- July revenue is up by $8,000 over first 20 days of July 2008.
- Women’s Invitational went well.
- Men’s Invitational went well.
- July 4th weekend produced almost $15,000 in revenue, weather cooperated.
- Discussion of Norwich Bulletin advertising for fall.
Motion by Mr. Driscoll, seconded by Mr. DiBattista to spend remaining advertising money on
Norwich Bulletin ads, this motion passed unanimously.
