Discussion of revenue items, 2010 versus 2011: - Membership - Green Fees - Specials - Golf car fees Discussion of Maintenance department budget: suggest we create a separate line item for overtime. Discussion of Pro Shop department budget: added money to budget for a starter for afternoons during peak season, and added money for increased bank card service charges. Debt service expense will be $32,725 in 2010. Discussion of Clubhouse department budget: 1) Need to do work in upstairs men’s bathroom 2) Need new carpet in foyer, golf shop and conference rooms. Discussion of ways to raise revenues in 2011: 1) Inducements for members. 2) Discounts for dues depending on years of membership. 3) Increase discount amount for members purchasing gift cards. Discussion of contract with Superintendent: 1) Paragraph 10 – 5 weeks vacation not 4 weeks (following the clerk’s union). Discussion of contract for Professional. Motion by Mr. Podurgiel, seconded by Mr. Strouse to adjourn at 6:11 pm, this motion passed unanimously.
