Whitty, Chairman, Budget Subcommittee Date: November 17, 2014 Subject: Minutes of the Meeting of the Budget Subcommittee Held on November 17, 2014 The Budget Subcommittee met on Monday, November 17, 2014 in the Authority Room at the Norwich Golf Course, 685 New London Turnpike, Norwich, CT. Members Present Richard Podurgiel Michael Driscoll Charles C. Whitty Others Present Barney Caulfield, Chairman Mike Svab, Pro Manager Bruce Morse, Superintendent Anthony Madeira, Deputy Comptroller Sandra Kuchta, Accountant Call to Order Chairman Whitty called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m. Minutes A motion to approve the minutes of the November 13, 2014 meeting of the Budget Subcommittee was made by Mr. Driscoll, seconded by Mr. Podurgiel, and approved unanimously. The Budget Subcommittee reviewed with the Pro Manager and Course Superintendent their proposed budgets for the Calendar Year 2015. Anthony Madeira and Sandra Kuchta of the City’s Finance Office discussed the status of the NGCA’s current budget and the projected financial picture of the operation. No votes were taken. Meeting of the Budget Subcommittee held on November 17, 2014 page 2 Future Meeting Date The Budget Subcommittee will meet with the NGCA regarding the Authority’s operating and capital budget and the establishment of dues, fees and rates for 2015 on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the Authority’s Conference Room. Adjournment A motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:05 p.m. was made by Mr. Driscoll, seconded by Mr. Podurgiel, and approved unanimously. Charles C.
