A motion to accept the draft presented by Mr. Malouf and approve the same was made by Mr. DiBattista and seconded by Mr. Lathrop. Discussion followed. The motion was approved subject to the correction of the spelling of the word “Course” in paragraph 7 by a vote of 8-0. A motion to adjourn the special meeting at 4:37 p.m. was made by Mr. DiBattista, seconded by Mr. Lathrop, and approved by a vote of 8-0. 1
