New Business A. Presentations from and interviews of firms submitting proposals on RFP 25-19 for Trust and Custody Services, and possible action thereon. A special meeting of the P&P Board was held on 12/2/2024 for the purpose of interviewing and selecting a firm to replace Comerica for trustee and custodial services for the pension plan. Two firms were interviewed: Broadridge and First State Trust Company. The Board unanimously approved hiring First State Trust Company to replace Comerica. Paul Schroder made a motion to approve/confirm First State Trust Company as the new trustee and custodian, seconded by Chris Golas, all in favor. IV.
