Greeneville NRZ Minutes September 15,2010 6:00 p.m. Attendees: Peter Procko, Nancy Procko, Sofee Noblick, Olive Buddington, John Mercier, Don Wojciechowski, Sonya Skindzier,Kathy Strenkowski, Stan Kaplan, John Anderson, Louise Anderson, Ron Ward Order of Business: June minutes accepted and approved Election of officers for the year 2010-2011 Chairman: Peter Procko Vice Chairman: Louise Anderson Secretary : Kathy Strenkowski Thank you to Ron Ward for his Greeneville Playground involvement. New Business: City of Norwich is recognizing Greeneville for redevelopment of infrastructure and residential. The city is looking for input from the NRZ as to our needs. Some suggestions would be a Polling place, Police Sub Station, Increased Police presence, Continued Sidewalk renovation, Communiry Room, Enforcement of blight ordinance, Shade tree planting at Greeneville Playground, Location of Wi Fi Hotspots, Planting plan (trees, groundcover etc.) for beautification of the neighborhood.
