Greenevilte NRZ Minutes: October 13, 2010 6:00 p.m. Attendees: Peter Procko, Sofee Noblick, John Mercier, Stan Kaplan, Louise Anderson, John Anderson, Don Wojciechowski, Kathy Strenkowski, Sonya Skindzier Guest: Robert B. Mills, Executive Director of Norwich Community Development Corp. (NCDC) Robert Mills spoke about his position with the NCDC and his views on the development of Norwich. He talked about the city's past and present issues and the bond proposals on the November ballot. Minutes: September minutes accepted and approved. The NRZ Subcommittee has drawn up a list of community needs to be presented to the City Manager. The list contains items which fall under the categories of Village Beautification, Economic Development and Quality of Life. POKO Development: In early stages of project development for Capehart area. Project could begin tn22-21 months. Cost could be in the range of 45 million to 65 million to develop the area to include housing units. Correspondence: Peniel Annual charity Auction.
