Greeneville NRZ Minutes January 4,20L2 6:00 p.m. Attendees: Peter Procko, John Mercier, Stan Kaplan, Olive Buddington, Louise Anderson, John Anderson, Don wojciechowski, Kathy strenkowski, sonya skindzier, sofee Noblick Guests: Keith Ripley, Sargeant Peter Camp Minutes: December 74,}OLL minutes accepted and approved New Business: Grant: Peter met with Gary Evans and Sue Goldman to review the grant to improve Central Avenue. Work on the Greeneville Playground improvements is going out to bid. The Deadline for the playground improvements is approximately May L9,2Ot2. Business Visitation: Peter and Gary will also be visiting the area businesses to encourage their involvement in the community. Police Sub Station: Suggestion made for temporary housing of the sub station to be at the Greeneville Fire House. The ideal location would be on CentralAvenue where there would be more visibility. Peter will meet with Sargeant Peter Camp and Gary Evans for further discussion on the location. Other Business: Habitat for Humanity: Representative to attend the March or April meeting. United Community Services: Chuck Seeman to be invited to the Feb. meeting. City Planning: Representative to be invited to the Feb. meeting. Face Book: Stan Kaplan to start a page for the Greeneville NRZ in lieu of a Web Site. Spirit of Greeneville Day: Tentative date scheduled for September 29,2012. *** The Greeneville NRZ would like to thank Gary Evans and Sue Goldman for their hard work, cooperation, and due diligence .
