Attendees: Peter Procko, John Mereen, Sofee Noblick, Kathy Strenkowski, Peter
Obuchowski, Stan Kaplan, Sonya Skindzier, Jason Vincent
Old Business:
Greeneville Day Update:
Posters have been printed and ready for distribution. Banners will also be hung
promoting the event. United Community Service has been promoting the event.
There will be music,prizes, dance groups and a self defense group . A lot of
activity and fun.
Greeneville Firehouse Community Room:
The room still needs electricity and plumbing. l.Io new time frame yet as to when
the project will be finalized.
Historical Walk in Greeneville:
Peter led a group in August through Greeneville to look at the architecture of
some of the buildings. lt was well attended and proved to be of interest.
Upcoming Events Community Events:
October 4,201,4: Canoe & Kayak event. Yantic and Shetucket Rivers. L0:00 a.m.
to 2:00 p.m.
Meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
