Greeneville NRZ Minutes September 7,2ot6 6:oo p.m. Attendees: Zechariah Stover, Sofee Noblick, John Mercier,.Kathy Strenkowski, Rev. Christopher Rogalski, Hannah Stover, Stan Kaplaii, Jean Tardiff, Police officers Wright & Goddu and other residents of the community. Minutes: The June minutes were accepted and approved. Correspondence: Letter received from the Registrar of Voters that the NRZ request to have a polling place in Greeneville has been denied. 1 New Business: , Greeneville Day Banner: Motion made and voted on to authorize payment of $6S.oo to Peter Procko for the updating of the Greeneville Daybanner. Apples: Motion made and voted on to authorize the purchase of apples for the Spirit of Greeneville Day. Greeneville Day Expenses: Motion made and voted on to authorize $35o.oo to be used for Spirit of Greeneville Day expenses. 2oL7 Suggested Projects: Movies at the old Greeneville School Site on Golden St. for the month of June, July and August for the neighborhood. Establish a bicycle trail. Old Business: Mural: The mural at the Bth street entrance is progressing nicely. Fire Hydrant Painting: Approximately 20 more fire hydrants will be painted. Trophies have been ordered. Judging procedures are being worked on. Spirit of Greeneville Day: Coming along nicely. Vendors have been lined up, activities, Paint Party, Music, United Community Health Van . Fire Hydrant judging at noon. Open Music Jam Session: Scheduled for September r8, 2cl.6. Free to the public. 3 p.m.to 6 p.m. Appreciation dinner: Progressing. Tickets will soon be available. Next meeting of this committee will be September Lg,2ot6 aI the Greeneville Fire Station.
