MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE NORWICH HOUSING AUTHORITY HELD WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2015 The Board of Commissioners (“Board”) of the Norwich Housing Authority (“Authority”) met in regular session at the main office of the Norwich Housing Authority, 10 Westwood Park, Norwich, Connecticut, at 4:30 PM, Wednesday, September 9, 2015. I. Roll Call Chairman Baillargeon called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM and the following answered present: Marion Rucker Wilma Sullivan Paul Gauthier Hector Baillargeon Also present was Charles C. Whitty, Executive Director. II. Minutes A. Ms. Sullivan moved and Mr. Rucker seconded the motion to adopt the minutes of the regular meeting held on August 12, 2015. Motion carried unanimously. III. Communications A. Letter dated July 29, 2015 from Jennifer Gottlieb, Program Center Coordinator, U.S. Department of HUD, Hartford Field Office, regarding the Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) score for Fiscal Year ended March 31, 2015. Mr. Whitty reviewed the communication with the Board. Mr. Gauthier moved and Ms. Sullivan seconded the motion to receive the communication. Motion carried unanimously. B. Letter dated August 28, 2015 from Jason Pitts, Associate, Capital Studio Architects, regarding the bid results for the Westwood Park Office Roof Replacement Project. Mr. Whitty and Mr. John Mainville, Modernization Coordinator, reviewed the communication with the Board. Ms. Sullivan moved and Mr. Rucker seconded the motion to receive the communication. Motion carried unanimously. IV. Committee Reports A. The Homeownership Committee did not meet. B. Mr. Whitty informed the Board that there would be rent increase in the State Moderate and State Affordable programs in the upcoming Fiscal Year.
