NORWICH ICE RINK AUTHORITY MINUTES FROM SPECIAL MEETING HELD June 11, 2013 Authority Attendance: Mike Goldblatt, Cheryl Ritacco, Pete Desaulniers, JoAnn Beguhl Absent: Stephanie Davis Guest: Shannon FitzGerald, Gabe Stern, Ralph Winslow, Phil Sienna, Jeff Brining Meeting was called to order by Pete Desaulniers at 7:05 pm, a quorum was present Public Comment: James Gaskell from Webster Ma spoke about how he wants to see the Rink back up and running, but has concerns about the ammonia, and chiller repairs. Mr. Gaskell talks about Geothermal being a better system. There were no additional public comments. Pete Desaulniers asks for a motion to go into executive session. Cheryl Ritacco made a motion to go into executive session to discuss options regarding the chiller and invites Gabe Stern, Shannon FitzGerald, Ralph Winslow, Phil Sienna, and Jeff Brining. Mike Goldblatt seconds the motion. No further discussion took place and the motion passed unanimously. The Authority and Guests came out of executive session at 9:30pm, no votes were taken.
