Special Meeting Minutes Saturday, November 23, 2019 CITY OF NORWICH INLAND WETLANDS, WATERCOURSES AND CONSERVATION COMMISSION 33 Wisconsin, Norwich, CT A. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Richard Morell called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. B. ROLL CALL and SEATING of ALTERNATES: Present: Richard Morell, Chairman; Douglas Lee, Vice Chairman; Peter Chalecki; David Poore; Brandon Hyde; Robert McCoy Absent: Michael Lahan; Swarnjit Singh Bhatia Also Present: Deanna L. Rhodes, City Planner C. SITE WALK: IWWCC App. #19-17: 33 Wisconsin. Application for land disturbance activities within a regulated wetland and associated upland review area for preparation of a development pad for future construction of business/professional offices. Application and property of Prime Enterprises LLC. Demian Sorrentino, Certified Planner & Soils Scientist with Boundaries, LLC gave an overview of the project including activities in the delineated wetlands. As requested by the City Planner, all comments and comments were held for the next regular meeting scheduled for December 5, 2019. D.
